REFUND POLICY
At Ready Reception, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our AI receptionist service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions, demo plans, and billing adjustments.
GENERAL POLICY
Ready Reception operates on a subscription basis. Because setup and AI configuration begin immediately after purchase, all subscription payments are considered final once the billing period starts. However, we understand that circumstances can vary and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
FREE DEMOS & TRIALS
Before subscribing, we encourage you to experience a free live demo with our team. This allows you to see exactly how Ready Reception works and ensure it meets your business needs before making a payment. Since each plan is customized for your business, we do not issue refunds for completed demo sessions.
MONTHLY & ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
- **Monthly Plans:** You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
- **Annual Plans:** Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable after activation. If you wish to cancel before renewal, you must do so at least 7 days before the renewal date.
BILLING ERRORS
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 10 days of the billing date. We’ll promptly review your account and, if applicable, issue a correction or refund.
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime, temporary outages or scheduled maintenance do not qualify for refunds. If a prolonged interruption occurs due to an error on our side, we may issue a service credit at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your customer dashboard or by emailing support@readyreception.com. Upon cancellation, all future payments will stop automatically, and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
