Ready Reception provides AI-powered receptionist and call automation software. You agree not to use our platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes. Misuse of our platform — including spam, harassment, or attempts to access other users’ data — may result in immediate account termination.
We make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and performance; however, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or network limitations. We are not liable for any temporary downtime or service delays beyond our control.
PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
By subscribing to Ready Reception, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your customer dashboard or by contacting our support team. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by law.
